Mutton Leg Soup

                   MUTTON LEG SOUP

Ingredients
Oil                                               1 Tbsp
Lamb/Goat leg's                       4 no's
Onion (thinly sliced)                 ½ medium
Garlic cloves (crushed)            6-8 no's
Pepper powder                          1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder                       ½ tsp
Ginger (chopped)                      ½ inch
Cloves                                         2 no
Cinnamon stick                         ¼ inch
Coriander powder                     1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped      Handful
Salt                                            To taste

Method
Wash the lamb/goat leg's in cold water 3-4 time's and cut the leg into 2 parts and keep it aside. Chop the onions thinly and crush the garlic cloves. In a pressure cooker add oil and bring it to heat in low flame, when the oil is hot add onion and saute till translucent now add the crushed garlic cloves and fry for 2-3 minutes till the garlic turns light brown in color. Now add pepper powder and saute for a minute. Now add 400 ML of water and also the washed lamb leg's and turmeric powder. Close the lid and pressure cook (5 whistles in low flame or 8 whistles in medium flame or 12 whistles in high flame). 
When the pressure is released open the lid and adjust the salt add cloves, cinnamon stick, chopped ginger and coriander powder stir well and cover the lid and pressure cook for another 2-4 whistles. 
When the pressure is released open the lid and check if the leg's are completely cooked. Now add another 400 ml of water and bring it to boil in low flame. When the soup starts to boil add chopped coriander leaves and boil it for 30 minutes and serve hot. 
Note: the more you rest after cooking, the leg's releases more flavors. Drink the soup early morning with empty stomach.
