Egg Fried Rice (Natural Ingredients)

Ingredients
Eggs                                            4 no’s
Oil                                                3Tbsp
Green chillies (chopped)          2 no’s
Curry leaves (chopped)            6 no’s
Ginger garlic paste (optional)  ¼ tsp
Onion (finely chopped)             1 medium 
Tomato (roughly chopped)       ½ medium
Coriander/danya powder          ½ tsp
Black pepper powder                 ¼ tsp
Garam masala powder              ¼ tsp
Chat masala                                ¼ tsp
Byadagi chilli powder                 ½ tsp
Rice (1 bowl serves 2)
Coriander leaves (chopped)      2 Tbsp
Salt to taste

Process

Pre heat a iron cast kadai in low flame and add oil, after the oil gets heated add green chillies, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste sauté till raw smell goes, now add the finely chopped onion and sauté till translucent.

Add tomato and cook till tomatoes are soften (after adding tomatoes keep sautéing or else they turn to black color), now add coriander/danya powder followed by black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, byadagi chilli powder and finally adjust the salt and mix it well cook for around 3 minutes. Now add eggs and combine it well (use a folding technique) keep mixing till the eggs cook completely. Now add the rice and combine it gently without breaking the rice grains and switch of the heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
